Pedestrian tunnel bas-relief

The city planned to standardize the design of all Almaty's pedestrian tunnels, slating a stunning bas-relief for demolition. We met with municipal leaders, saved the bas-relief, and paved the way for its renovation. >>>

"Silk Road" bas-relief

In a quiet residential courtyard, we found a bas-relief that was covered in grime and graffiti. With the artist Roman Zakharov and a team of volunteers, we painted the relief and brought it back to life. >>>
